How long does the 30% last?
Life of the account. As long as the shop you referred is on a paid plan, you get 30% of every monthly invoice they pay. No 6-month cliff. No reset on plan upgrades.
Tier bonus: 35% at 10 active referrals
Hit 10 active referred shops and your commission rate moves from 30% to 35% on every monthly invoice — applied retroactively across every shop in your account, not just shop #11 onward. The new rate stays as long as you keep 10+ active. If an account churns you back under 10 active, you keep paying out at 35% on the remaining accounts for that calendar month, then drop back to 30% the following month.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly. On the 1st we run the prior-month invoice ledger and push commissions to your Stripe Connect account. You see every line item in your partner dashboard. We don't hold balances — your money is your money the day it clears.
What if a referred shop downgrades or churns?
Downgrade: your 30% follows them to the new plan automatically. Churn: you stop earning on that shop. If they come back within 12 months, your attribution is still active — you start earning again on day one of their reactivation.
Is there a minimum quota to keep my partner status?
No. Refer one shop and you're a partner for life on that one shop. Refer fifty and the math compounds. No quota games.
Can I co-brand or white-label?
Co-brand: yes, for top-tier partners (5+ active shops referred). White-label: case-by-case for dealer groups and large training orgs. Ask in the application.
Why 30%? What's the catch?
No catch. Our CAC on warm partner-referred shops is near zero, and partner-referred accounts retain 2× the cohort average in B2B SaaS data. 30% recurring is cheaper than a paid acquisition channel and the buyer trusts you more than they trust an ad. Math works.
